Enrollment of Dependents

Employees that have student dependent types (children over age 21 but under 26, attending school on a full time basis) must submit proof of full time student status every fall.

Proof can be scanned and emailed to benefitscdn@resolutefp.com or you can make a copy and mail to:

NOTE: dependent children's coverage will automatically be terminated on January 31 if proof is not received.
