Salary Continuation coverage (also known as short term disability) is provided to you by the company at no cost to you.  If you are unable to work because of a non-occupational illness or accident you will continue to be paid by the company on your regular payroll schedule subject to approval from Medavie Blue Cross. The weekly or bi-weekly benefit will be based on your consecutive years of service.
