Dental Care

Dental Care coverage is optional.

Note that during annual reenrolment, options available to you are based on the below restrictions.

If your current option is ….	You can change to ….
Option 1 (Opt-out)	Option 2
Option 2	Option 1 (Opt-out) or Option 3
Option 3	Option 2 or Option 4
Option 4	Option 3

These rules do not apply for initial enrolment or Life Event, in which case you can change your coverage as you wish, without any restrictions.

In addition, Option 4 must be kept until the end of the plan year following the year your coverage took effect. If you choose Option 4, you will not be allowed to change your option at the next annual enrolment period. You will have to maintain your option for another plan year.
