The Enrollment Summary provides a great deal of
information. Here are the benefits and the current option you have
for benefits. If you wish to make changes simply click on the underlined
benefit and make your changes.
Although you can view information about your dependents on this screen you
cannot make changes. To make changes to the dependent information cancel your enrollment and begin again.
When you are satisfied with the plan you have designed then click on Next
or Confirm and you will move to the next step. If you are not
satisfied you can continue to make changes or cancel the enrollment and
begin again.
You must declare all beneficiaries and allocate 100% of
your flex dollars before you can confirm – if you have remaining Flex
dollars you will be given choices where to allocate the remaining amounts
using the ASSIGN button.
