Extended Health benefits reimburse you for many medical expenses not covered by your provincial health care program. You can choose the level of coverage that best fits your personal circumstances.

Coverage includes:

• Prescription Drugs (tiered reimbursement)
- Tier 1 generic drugs
- Tier 2 brand name drugs
- Tier 3 drugs that are not generics or first line therapies
• Vision: eyeglasses, contact lenses, eye exams
• Paramedical Services: chiropractors, massage, physiotherapy, etc.
• Emergency Medical OOC/OOP Travel ($5 million lifetime max)
• Medical Services/Supplies
• Speech Therapy/Psychology ($5,000 combined annual max)

TELUS Retail Part-Time frontline team members are eligible for reimbursement of prescription drugs that are included in the list of drugs covered under the Public Prescription Drug Insurance Plan of Quebec once the $750 deductible has been met. The reimbursement level is adjusted annually on July 1st and is determined by the Public Prescription Drug Insurance Plan in Quebec.
