As a member of the EcklerRewards plan, you can select life insurance coverage for your eligible spouse. Your spouse is required to complete a medical questionnaire and submit to Canada Life for approval any new or increases in coverage.
You are the beneficiary of the Optional Spousal Life benefit as per our plan policy.
