• Vision: eyeglasses, contact lenses, eye exams

• Paramedical Services: chiropractors, massage, physiotherapy, etc.

• Emergency Medical OOC/OOP Travel ($5 million lifetime max)

• Medical Services/Supplies

• Psychology/Speech Therapy ($5,000 combined annual max)
