You can use
your Personal Spending Account (PSA) to help pay for a range of expenses
not covered by the flexible benefits program, including fitness club
memberships, smoking cessation, weight loss programs, nutritional
counseling, and childcare expenses. You will pay income tax only when you
use flex credits you deposit to this account.
