Enrollment Options

This page allows you to choose which enrollment option you want to perform.

If you are entering for the first time or if you have cancelled a previous enrollment you will see Begin Enrollment.

If you have already enrolled and confirmed your information you will be offered an opportunity to Modify Enrollment, Review Enrollment or Cancel Enrollment and begin again.

If you select Modify Enrollment remember you MUST confirm your enrollment again – it is like you are starting your enrollment all over again.  If you just want to review what you did choose the Review Enrollment!

If you are entering the site after your enrollment period has ended you will only be able to Review Enrollment or perform a Life Event Change.

Life Events are changes to your circumstances i.e., getting married, having a child, loosing a spouses coverage. You can perform a Life Event at any time during the year. The date of the Life Event can be backdated up to 30 days. However, you cannot future date a Life Event.
