Extended Health Benefit

This benefit covers eligible expenses incurred by you or your dependents for any usual and necessary expenses from a medical point of view and recommended by a physician.

The Company will pay the usual, customary and reasonable charges based on any deductible, co-insurance or maximums specified in the Summary of Benefits.

Reimbursement will be considered only when the services are provided by an approved provider as identified by the Company, providing eligible expenses are incurred in Canada.
