Verify your Covered Dependent Information

On this page you are required to confirm that the information being displayed about your dependents is correct. If it is not, then click the appropriate underlined dependent and make the necessary changes. You can either alter existing information about a dependent or add a new dependent. Upon completion of the changes click on the "Save", "Remove" or "Add" button (whichever is appropriate) and then proceed to the next step.
