Select Your Medical Coverage

This page provides you with the opportunity to review and select your prescription drug coverage option.

When you select an option your flex dollars will be automatically applied or not, depending on other options you have chosen during your enrollment. If you click on the information icon you will be provided with a brief description about that option.

If your spouse has coverage and you do not want an option you can choose the no coverage option and you must provide information about your spouse's plan. If you wish to co-ordinate benefits with your spouse's plan, benefits paid will not exceed 100% of the eligible claim.
